Taste a World of Flavors During Downtown Dining Week

Calling all foodies! It’s time to feed your craving for variety. A wide array of global cuisine will be highlighted in this year’s Downtown Dining Week, returning May 29 – June 5. Prix fixe menus will feature everything from Italian and German dishes to Japanese and Mexican entrees. On top of the smorgasbord of eats available at nearly 30 hot spots, Downtown Dining Week offers incredible deals! The festival of feasting will offer residents and visitors a chance to enjoy multi-course menus for $15 or $25 for lunch and $35, $45 or $55 for dinner. So, grab your family and friends and let your taste buds carry you away on an international tasting experience.

Italy
Experience fresh and flavorful pastas paired with a marvelous wine list and handcrafted cocktails at Onesto. Italian-inspired dishes are also aplenty at Flourchild, where their scratch-made pizzas are the star, but starters such as their mushroom and fresh mozzarella arancini are a standout.

Mexico
In the mood for some tacos? Blue Bat Kitchen & Tequilaria, Electric Lime and Vagabond have you covered! With offerings of small plates, authentic tacos, and ice cold margaritas, get ready to savor freshness in every bite!

Japan/Asia
The Hibachi performances at Benihana will surely captivate you as chefs cook right in front of your eyes! Diners can also lean into Asian fusion with a wide range of street-style bowls inspired by Thai and Indian cuisines at Blue Bat Kitchen & Tequiliaria.

Germany
Visit two of Milwaukee’s staple German restaurants, Mader's and Old German Beer Hall, for an authentic German experience right here in Milwaukee! Get a taste for traditional dishes such as wiener schnitzel or enjoy handhelds like Reuben rolls and leberkase sandwiches.

Brazil
Look forward to dining at Rodizio Grill, America’s first-ever Brazilian steakhouse! Our Milwaukee location offers authentic skewered meats fresh from the grill, a salad bar, Brazilian specialty drinks and wine, and local beer!

As a bonus incentive for participating in Downtown Dining Week, four diners will be awarded $350 in dining gift certificates.
