Big City Trucks Roll In For Free Family Fun

Milwaukee's Annual Big Truck Round Up! 

Red Arrow Park | Saturday, May 20 from 11 AM - 2 PM

Celebrate National Public Works Week with a fleet of the City's big rigs parked around Red Arrow Park. Kids will enjoy a unique opportunity to explore various trucks and meet the people who operate them!

New this year, the first 750 kids, ages 2-10, receive a free Milwaukee Downtown reflective safety vest! Free safety vests will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 11 AM from the Milwaukee Downtown tent. 

To provide a quality experience for all guests, a sensory-friendly hour will be offered from 1 PM to 2 PM, at which time no horns or sirens will take place.

Rain date is Sunday, May 21 from 11 AM - 2 PM.

Enjoy Free Family Fun in the Park

Park activities include: 

  • Arts & crafts with Artists Working in Education (A.W.E.)
  • Book sale with Friends of the Milwaukee Public Library
  • Wonder Wagon from Betty Brinn Children's Museum 
  • "CONNECT" BRT bus with MCTS
  • Free face painting 
  • Sandbox and bubble playtime 
  • Dino Care Unit with Roxie the Raptor and Sterling the Stegosaurus 

Plus, enjoy food truck options for lunch and dessert, including Roll MKE, El Famoso Jalisco's, Cocina Filipina, Kona Ice, and Da Udder Spot Ice Cream.
