By entering an event or program hosted by Milwaukee Downtown, Business Improvement District #21, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded, and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of such media in any form. This includes use of your image, voice, and name in connection with Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21 and its initiatives – for example, on websites, social media, news, or advertising – in perpetuity.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims related to the use of such media, including (without limitation) any rights to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, or any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, copyright infringement, or payment for use.

All photography, filming, and recording are conducted in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree, please do not enter the event area.
