It’s a glowrious time to be Downtown! Our parks and streets are aglow with holiday spirit and more than a half million brilliant bulbs. Meanwhile, a flurry of shows, Santa photo ops and exceptional dining opportunities are beckoning friends and family to gather here all season long! Check back for details on the 2026 season.
Sights to See
“Community Spirit Park” at Cathedral Square Park
Supported by Ideal Property Management and Milwaukee County Parks
Each year, this park transforms into a festive forest of more than 100 evergreen trees. Take a close look at each tree’s unique ornamentation, as they have been artfully decorated by over 100 area schools and organizations. Take a stroll through the winter wonderland in the heart of our downtown!
“¡Felices Fiestas!” at Pere Marquette Park
Presented by Milwaukee County Parks
It’s a celebration of the season! Animated snow boys and snow girls will deliver cheers and smiles through a series of sculptures depicting winter sports.
“Santa’s Celebration Square powered by We Energies” at Zeidler Union Square
Presented by We Energies Foundation and Milwaukee County Parks
Snap a photo of Santa’s electric reindeer at Celebration Square! This interactive park is the perfect place for families to create a memory near the cozy fireplace, snuggled on the oversized chair or sleigh, or inside the giant picture frame.
Wisconsin Avenue’s Stunning Stretch
The lights along Downtown Milwaukee’s main street guide your way with glittering chandeliers that feature a new gold motif and harp lamps embellished with decorative sculptures throughout. As you tour along the Avenue, by car or on foot, take a gander at the festive décor within each storefront. Looks like everyone is feeling the warmth and joy of the holiday season.
