Enjoy a complimentary yoga session with instructor Cathy Stadler in the WAC’s Lotus Studio. Register HERE to reserve your spot. All participants are required to bring a photo ID and sign a waiver at the front desk prior to class. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to get checked in.
