April 14th isn't just another date on the calendar. It’s the day when the entire city comes together to celebrate everything that makes Milwaukee iconic.

Whether you’ve lived here forever or you're just getting to know our streets, 414 Day is your invitation to dive into the local scene and connect with the community. We’ve rounded up the best ways to join in the celebration across Downtown, from massive market takeovers to the high-energy flag drop at City Hall.

Sunday Kickoffs (Sunday, April 12)

Get the party started early with these weekend events:

Milwaukee Makers Market at Discovery World
10:00am – 4:00pm | 500 N. Harbor Drive
Kick off the market season at the pavilion with over 50 local small businesses. Shop handmade goods from Milwaukee artists and bakers, and grab a bite from the food trucks on-site. Free to attend!

Cuatro Uno Cuatro @ 3rd St. Market Hall
11:00am – 5:00pm | 275 W. Wisconsin Avenue
A vibrant celebration of Latino pride and culture. Expect a local vendor market, live sets by DJ Danny Boy and Klan 414, and beautiful performances by Ballet Folklorico Xanharati.

414 Day Kickback @ Elevate MKE
3:00pm – 7:00pm | 1131 N. Water Street
The 4th annual day party is back. Throw on your flyest Milwaukee-inspired gear for an afternoon of drinks, vibes, and beats by DJ Dub Deezy.

414 Day Celebrations (Tuesday, April 14)

Celebrate Milwaukee’s 180th Birthday! Join the 7th annual flag raising and enjoy free pretzels from Milwaukee Pretzel Co. while supplies last. More details HERE.

414 Day Festival @ The Deer District
2:00pm – 8:00pm | 1133 N. 4th Street
The plaza outside Fiserv Forum transforms into a massive outdoor fest. Expect live music, local art installations, and a wide variety of hometown vendors.

414 Day LIVE @ Elwood’s
Starts at 2:00pm | 1111 N. Water Street
Catch a free show by Wire & Nail (starting at 6:00pm). They’ll also have 414 flash tattoos by Banjo Tattoo, food by Pig Tailz MKE, and limited edition merch.
