The Downtown Open House & Housing Expo is downtown’s largest open house, showcasing all the amenities of an urban lifestyle. Held in conjunction with the Milwaukee River Challenge, over 30 properties open their doors and lay their welcome mats to potential downtown dwellers.

Additionally, exhibit booths in Pere Marquette Park feature food samples from some of the city’s best restaurants, meet and greets with neighborhood organizations and area arts groups, and financial guidance from lenders. Plus, free transportation is on hand to take visitors to and from various open house properties on the tour.
