Milwaukee Downtown, BID #21 is looking to hire an Economic Development Specialist. Primary responsibilities of the position include retention and expansion of existing tenants, and identification and attraction of new office and retail tenants to downtown Milwaukee based on the Five Year Strategic Plan developed by our stakeholders and board of directors.

Invest in expanded staffing and resources in order to maintain existing levels of excellent service while strengthening the BID's leadership role in Downtown economic development.

• Harness the energy and vibrancy of downtown residents, young professionals and other downtown believers to position them for leadership roles in the Downtown community.
