COMMIT TO BE FIT
Commit to be fit at the YMCA’s wellness fair on July 29 from 11:45 am – 1:15 pm at Red Arrow Park. A 20-minute lunchtime powerwalk along the Milwaukee RiverWalk led by the YMCA fitness staff, Dancing with Downtown, fitness demonstrations and blood pressure screenings by Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare will be provided. The YMCA will also be selling raffle tickets to win a Smart Car donated by Bergstrom Automotive. Proceeds will benefit the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign. Pedometers, one-week guest passes to the YMCA, and bottled water compliments of Johnson Controls, Inc. will also be distributed to the first 1,000 downtown employees in attendance.
