The City Christmas Tree is a partnership with the City of Milwaukee, Marcus Hotels & Resorts, Mandel Group, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, Associated Bank, Linda & Scott Haag, and Dynamic Events by David Caruso.

18th Annual Milwaukee Holiday Lights Festival
Kick-Off Extravaganza

Pre-Show Entertainment: 5:30 p.m. | Program: 6:30 p.m. | Lighting & Fireworks: 7 p.m.

The stage is set for the city’s biggest and brightest holiday party! Help turn on more than 500,000 lights throughout downtown! Local rock band Platinum, The Radio Rosies, Dance Academy of Mexico, Brewcity Fire Brigade, Jenny Thiel, Robin Adkins, Carol Molex, Fred Astaire Dance Studio and Elation Dance Center, will charge up the crowd with spirited numbers.

Once the crowd is powered up, downtown’s lights and a fireworks spectacular will illuminate the night. After the show, free Jingle Bus rides presented by Meijer will take guests past downtown’s newly lit scenes.

Can’t make the party? Tune into “WISN 12 Live: Holiday Lights Kick-Off” at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17 and catch all the acts, plus the fireworks. WISN 12’s Melinda Davenport and Ben Wagner will co-host the program.
